Rev. Stephen Agyen presently serves as the Chairman of Harvesters Evangelistic Ministry, succeeding Rev. Martin Ampomah, who recently retired from active service after holding the position.
Harvesters Evangelistic Ministry began as a Christian Fellowship solely for rightly dividing the Word of truth and witnessing of the saving grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. Under Pastor Ola’s leadership, this young vibrant evangelistic oriented ministry organized and held many open-air crusades for the CAC and other Churches.
For example, there were powerful open air crusades in Cape Coast, Sefwi Bekwai, Wenchi, Bibiani, Tamale and many other places.
November 29th, 1987, Harvesters Evangelistic Ministry became a fully-fledged church and held its first Sunday Church service at the now defunct Perpetual International School.
On this fateful day, the current Chairman of the Church Rev Stephen Agyen preached the first sermon! And since then, Harvesters Evangelistic Ministry has not looked back!
